SCRAP Weapons, SOAS University of London, in collaboration with 9 Bedford Row Chambers, invite you to a panel discussion on International Criminal Investigations in the Digital Age- Advantages, Pitfalls and Problems.
The Panellists will examine the nature and significance of open-source information, its use in the investigation of alleged international crimes and human rights abuses, the political and ethical dilemmas of what to investigate, the credibility of those investigating, issues of admissibility of open-source information as evidence in trials and the current challenges faced by those conducting investigations in Ukraine.
